If you want to get fast index on Google then do social bookmarking on high traffic social bookmarking sites. like- digg, twitter, facebook, this way you'll get indexed within a day.

or you can get indexed in 30 minutes or less. just go to identi.ca and make a group there post new website URL on Group then get indexed with minutes. this is my personal way to get indexed.
