I always go to Digg.com to get a new site indexed sometimes this can be as little as hours.Good luck with your new site

If you want to index fast, then get back link from high PR page, more then 5 PR. As the PR high, you will get indexed early. That is only quick way to get indexed. If you want get good rank in search engine,then you have follow the whole SEO process.

 

if you want to get it done more faster you can try some CMS site which are already SE friendly..

 

You need submit xml site map to webmaster tool and do social bookmarking.
