How to get hundred of thousands backlinks?

Blog commenting, forum posting, etc does not necessarily bring good result, like i did after all i checked and realize most of those are nofollow flag. That's i think those famous bloggers either using some kind of spamming software or spend money to outsource their backlinks job. But then again unfortunately not everypne is lucky...if it does then everyone should be earning thousands of dollars and become famous blogger.
