How to get high PR7

    I have seen lot of guys use wp scripts and his websites have PR7+. what method has they used?

    Same basic method as any site really; building keyword rich (anchor text) links on High PR Sites.

    suppose that site is new and no one want to place pr0 site on high pr sites, then what to do? please don't say me invest money because I don't have that. LOL
