    Read before you write, that is the best tip. you cant expect we do the work for you, follow the basic SEO checklist for starters, than try to exchange link 10-15 relevant links, i stress, relevant links
    update you website content frequently.

    yes, relevant link is the key, also with proper anchor text on top of it. so, if you want PR in short time you must get these quality backlinks immediately. but keep in mind that this is just short advise. other SEO aspects play role for your PR. do your homework first.

    it is impossible in the short run, however, if you develop the following 4 components then you could succeed, lt's say in a year... in addition, you would need a lot of time for analysis

    4 components are: keyword usage & content relevance, raw link juice, anchor text weight, domain authority...

    This is how I got PR 4 for a worthless blog...

    I regularly update my tech blog PR0 age 5 months. I also have another blog which is updated once three days. I put a link on my tech blog. Recently my tech blog reached PR3 with some inner pages PR 5. At the same time my worthless blog have PR 4. :)

    There is no proper backlinks for my 2 blogs.I get some best backlinks(adobe) for my tech blog.

    Tech Blog - 4 Months PR3(Innerpages PR5) Reason - Regular posting,genuine content some bookmarking(5),few blog comments(around 6).

    Worthless Blog - 10 Months PR4(Innerpages PR3,2,1) Reason - Have backlinks just from my tech blog.
