The more backlinks you'll get, the higher pagerank you will get for your blog/website.

When it comes to losing PR there are several possibilities even without building a new site... 2 of the most obvious are:

    1. Sites linking to you may have lost backlinks/PR, so you get less from them (even though you won't see any loss of backlinks in an Ahrefs report)... (also would be affected by the sites linking to the sites linking to you... etc etc, so it can be really difficult to pin down).

    2. The (generally accepted) PR formula is dependant on the total number of pages on the www, which (obviously) increases all the time, hence the PR of every page on the www gradually diminishes with time; thus the only way to maintain your PR is to continue to build/gain links.

As you have rebuilt your site there are several other possible reasons (including the necessity of a comprehensive set of 301 redirects, as Darren said) that your PR may have been affected:
    1. Google's Matt Cutts has confirmed that there is "some loss of PR though a 301 redirect", 'though (AFAIK) he hasn't committed himself to a figure
    2. As PR is dependant on incoming links, it follows that it is also affected by your internal link structure - including your on-site navigation... (which probably changed during the redesign).
    3. The number of pages on your site will dramatically affect your PR (more pages to share the PR between means each gets a smaller slice of the pie) so a change in the number, (following a rebuild for instance) could also make a difference.

To increase page rank we need to build link with high page rank and do follow and obviously we follow the latest Google algorithm update and manually build link is good no software may use and contextual link must use.I also using this method to my site .
