    Ok i have installed wordpress
    Pls tell me the following

    1. Installed 10+ themes ... how can i make that the registered user can choose his like skins among installed skins ...
    There will be a default skin but the registered user can choose his liked skin/template

    2. How to get a user control panel

    Plugins required pls name them with link to download
