Hi, A while back (maybe two years) I used to get a lot of good traffic by posting ads on Gumtree with my website address in it. This was very succesful at the time for me. These days the ads don't make i that far. I'm guessing they're human-moderated. Has anybody any tips or techiniques for getting ads accepted? Thanks in advance Ste
Hmm on gumtree it only works for the short-run ! It depends what your service is also. I used to place ads there all the time; the good thing is they refund you the money if it is removed. They wont accepted anything that is affiliated!
yeah, well it's a link to a site promoting freebiejeebies that I want to put in the ad. They used to go live for a while (anywhere between 12hrs and several days). They would always get removed in the end, but in the time they were up i'd have gained quite a few signups. It was worth it. Now they don't seem to appear at all, guess they're tightening up their systems!
