    Try marketing your idea on Twitter or Facebook, go into groups that deal wtih your niche. :)

    Have you looked into postloop?
    Also there is an exchange section here on DP as well as a lot of other webmaster type forums.

    You should also try bloggerlinkup. If you really want to get a quality link then I suggest you to search your keyword ( entertainment + guest post/guest posting/guest blogger) in a search engine. Also type (write for us +entertainment). I'm sure you will find many blogs as I did the same.
