    Hi,
Most of the people are looking for backlinks with following requiremnet..

    1. One way non-reciprocal links only, no link exchanges.
    2. All links must be permanent.
    3. No link farms, link directories, forums, social bookmarking, blogs or spam sites.
    4. No sites banned by google.
    5. Link page must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache.
    6. All links should be free and not paid links.
    7. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)
    8. Site must be atleast 1 yr old.
    9. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses.
    10. Links from domains ending .com & .co.uk ONLY
    11. Links must be on pages with no more than 25 outgoing links.
    12. Links must contain our target anchor text and link to a given page.
    13. All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc.
    14. Links must be on a PAGE with a Google PR of at least 2, not just a PR2 site.
    15. No links from adult or pharmacutical or gambling websites.
    16. No links from hate or warez sites etc.
    17. Link pages must be related to Niche of the website..

What is the best way to make these type of links??

    Please suggest some good methods..

Well you need to invest time and effort to develop such links. You need to search for relevant sites/blogs, send them convincing mails to get your link placed on them.

You could also participate in forums to ask other if they have similar pages to give you links.

You could hire a freelancer or a link building company who could fulfill these criteria to develop links. :)

    number 5.

explicit 'link' pages are (if detected) generally devalued by most search engines, because obviously, their sole purpose is to boost PR.

In my opinion, there are no quick and easy ways of building quality links. My recommendations would be...

Make your site as useful, helpful and informative as possible, i.e. written with the user / customer in mind rather than as an SEO exercise. Bottom line is that if you have a great site, people will want to link to it. Chances are you will be receiving link requests rather than having to spend all your time searching for potential link partners.

If you're going to send emails, don't use a generic email title and message. Good links are worth the effort so find the sites that you want to link to you and do some research. If a link request email looks like a generic link request it's possible that it won't even be opened or read.

Find out about the site that you want a link from, is it relevant? What does it offer? What do you like about it? If possible, find the name of a relevant contact (possibly from the 'about us' page or a 'meet the team' page) i.e. marketing manager, web sales manager or something along those lines.

Send an email with their name in the title, maybe something like "F.A.O Mr D Smith : Re pinkwidgets.com site" rather than "Link Request".

Make the content of the email personal, what you like about their site, how it ties in with the products and services you offer and how you think linking could be beneficial to both businesses. This could ultimately, be the first stop of an on-going relationship and future joint co-operation.

Sounds like a lot of effort and to be honest, it is. That said however, it's better to gain 2 successful links from 10 requests than none from 100.

    Hope it helps.

My website offers a very specialised service so for me it was quite easy - locate other sites offering similar services and contact them offering exchange for links.

I've found having a couple small banners made (mine are 88x31 and 275x49) helps.

Ok. I think find good releated site and then beg for a link is the only way for you. You can hire a freelancer to do it for you.

All of these would never work if the links that you are getting are nofollow.

make a list of related good quality sites then approach then via email.
non-english site might create problem to get backlinks from english site, as a webmasters don't prefer the sites from different language.
I think others do the same
