Hi guys, Just launched my cool online bicycle & accessories store and created a fb fanpage called: "And Dutch Limited- Bicycles" How do I increase my following? I have the "Like it" button and FB logo (plus link underneath) on my website:"www.anddutch.co.uk" so most people who are following us actually like what we do... Are there any tips without spending any money? E.G. I follow certain relevant groups and I do post my FB link or website on there to generate interest, but is there a simple way to get all the groups followers and send then a "friend request" so they can follow my company page when they except? I know that the target audience is relevant and I am only having followers who could potentially turn into buyers. Dont want followers for the sake for it. Hope you can help me.
oh and I did invite all my friends and asked for their support by joining anf forwarding my page to their friends if they are interested in cycling, lifestyle, fashion, cool stuff, exclusive stuff etc.
You have missed out on a very good tool which facebook disabled recently 'suggest to friends'. Now you can just visit the fan pages and groups in your niche and ask them to visit your fan page or website. However be careful, dont post it more frequently, you might get banned or someone would complaint about your random posting to Facebook.
So if I go to for example. "Old Dutch Bike" page, what do I do then- I cannot find "suggest to friends" option..
Yes that is what I told you honey, you cannot find the option anymore. However you can just post some viral content and image related to your niche on this fan page wall and ask the fans to come and see your new fan page. Try to do some contest or something, by which they will be attracted to your fan page. OR just visit those fans individually and add them as your friends and later send them a message to become a fan of your facebook page
