How to get google to tell you when your site is indexed

I used to be able to have google send me an email whenever I had my site indexed but I forgot how to :/. Does anybody know how to do this?

 

Never heard that Google sends email upon indexing..
But, if you want Google to index your site, then submit a sitemap in Google Webmaster Tools and get a strong backlink.

 

There might be a setting in google webmaster tools.....but I've never used it.

Or, submit, wait a few days, search for the site. If it sjhows your indexed. I submited a url Sunday afternoon, checked sunday night, and it was in.

 

Just keep checking. Doesn't take a few seconds each time.

 

you can see yourself by doing a google search with keyword is your site url. I think that is an easier way

 

I never submit my site to google..just update your blog and wait for few days or week. Google or other search engine will index your site for sure.

 

Google sends emails? Google doesn't even responds to emails of small and medium enterprises. @_@

 

I can see google indexed pages within webmaster tools.

I think you might setup a Google Alert using "site:your domain here" for this purpose.

use google alert. set site:sample.com as alert

 

i didn't heard of this kind of service.I think it is better to submit the sitmap to google, and check the indexed pages quantities there in the webmaster tool.

 

I find easier to get my site in google then bing or yahoo
