Create a sitemap for your site and upload it to Google Webmaster Tools. The updates may not happen in 24 hours, but normally it happens in 48-72 hours.

Google will also index sites that are updated very often so that is another strategy that some people use. But it means creating a lot of content and updating every day.

are you using an xml sitemap? and google's webmaster tools, when you sign into the control panel it should tell you when was the last time it read the sitemap and it tells you if it had any errors doing so.

When you sign into google sitemaps it will give you the reason why your sitemap wasn't read and it provides a lot of valuable information on your site that no one else can see.

Have a highly-indexed website link to your site, that'll help speed up your site to be indexed by Google.

If it's a blog you can also submit it to various blog directories.

First of all, you have to check the google sitemaps in your website if not, again upload the google sitemaps in your website so that when google crawler visit your website, google will indexed your website pages by google sitemaps. Keep it up.

You should get more backlinks to have your site re-indexed. The more backlinks you have more often google will re-index your site. The best case would be to have backlinks from sites with high PR .
