How to get google to index deep urls

Hey everyone, Im new to the forum and to SEO. My site was basically designed before I had any idea of niche keywords or any of that stuff. I did lots of work on it last year and it basically died out.. About 2 months ago I started it back up again and put some more effort into it. It's all about vacation and travel reviews. My problem is that those words are impossibly competatitve and actually aren't searched all that much.

My idea is to get users to visit my site through a deep url not my root/home url. My reviews (which have deeper urls) have keywords which I should be able to get a top 10 ranking for in each case. The problem is that google isn't indexing 80% of my site. I have some links which I've been experimenting with which come straight off my homepage but they still aren't being indexed. Some of the stuff google is indexing is really old as well.

The weird thing about it is that the google bot is crawling quite deep on my site but not indexing anything. Is it because of my messy urls with variables or is it more to do with my pagerank, sandbox, etc??
Im confused as to what I can do to improve my site in anyway.
Check it out and give me your thoughts:

Google is crawling, but sure isn't digesting. From my check it only indexed 2 of the pages on your site.

My guess, is that your pages are just not worthy of being indexed and ranked.
The main reason, is lack of content. Half the pages I went to contained more Adwords content, than page content

Even though you say google is crawling it can't hurt to submit a sitemap to google here.

Also building more links to your site helps with deep indexing.

At the end of the day unless your pages have good, unique content google won't waste space including them in the index.

I was going to tell about google sitemaps too but seems mad4 already done it :), it's the best thing to do, and yes get more links too, that is submit your website to as many directories as possible and work on your link exchange, you will be doing fine.
