Why post this in the Legal Issues section?

So the site still isnt being crawled or your not showing up in searches yet?

If it is the former you need to ensure that you have inbound links (not with nofollow tags) from sites which are frequently crawled. I personally use signiture links in a forum (not this one) and it rarely takes more than 24 hours until I start to see spider tracks.

Also check in Webmaster tools to make sure there are no crawling errors showing - the site took a LONG time to show on my screen when I visited it.

webmaster tools is all you need. Google takes a long time to visit new sites. Its the older sites Google pay most attention to. Expect to take 6 months to a year for your site to appear on google.

It can take up to a week for google to crawl your site. The bigger the hurry you are in the longer it will probably take, Murphys Law

It does take a long time. If your site is new give it about 6 months to get crawling. Plus even if it was crawled you have to have your page optimized very very well to get some sort of ranking for your keyword. If your pages were crawled and indexed I believe you could lose pages also because things change. Main key is also to keep updating your own website content frequently (there is not set time). Hope this helps. Patience needed...

I dont know what these people are trying to tell you. I had Google fully indexing my site in about 9 days. You need a sitemap on your server. You need to be sure google has the correct address thru google webmaster tools.

If you need to build a sitemap there are online tools for that. If your using wordpress or many of the other design programs theres a plugin for that.

If your site map is up to date and google has the address. Just resubmit it everytime you make a change. It really is that easy.

yeah, sue Google. They are interfering with your God-given right to inflict your website on an unsuspecting public.

You shouldn't worry getting indexed by Google because Google will index your site sooner or later. Focus more on building your content and generating traffic to your site.
