I don't think PageRank matters. What's important is that the page gets backlinks from pages that are known to be spidered frequently.

Put up adsense ads on your site and you'll be spidered within minutes or even seconds. Indexing and listing in Google takes longer however and quality inbound links help heaps.

Can't guarantee in 24 hours, but if you put link in your sig on a busy forum like this, your site will get crawled fast. This is from experience.

    Several ways:

    1. Put your link in high traffic quality webistes. It is true that high traffic and high PR sites get crawlled more often than the others therfore, your link there should help you get indexed.
    2. DP signature. The best method I recommend. Google bot is around here always to help Crazy_Robot :D
    3. You may also submit directly to google. Sometime it works very well and other time it takes ages to get indexed. I wouldn't recommend.

Based on my own experience ; just place your link in your DP signature and start responding to post. The more post you have the faster your site will get index.

If meta tags still work than use this one : <meta name="REVISIT-AFTER" content="1 days" />

    Cheers

PR6 is certainly not essential, most good PR4 sites are spidered daily by Google in my experience.

I think PR doesn't matter. Content matters. Some time ago Google gave PR7 to a travel niche site while that site was not had good content. I took a paid link from that site but after till 10 days the website was not cached hence my link was too not cached. You could think I don't got any benefit from pr7.

Other side my Health niche site get updated daily by Google also by me while its have only pr2.

So PR doesn't matter even it is 7 or 6.
