me too i've spent a LOT of time trying to figure it out one of the early links posted on this thread points to a google page that is now archived there seems to be a few different api's available - and none of them seem to have an obivous: 'get ur api' here page i somehow managed to get an ajax google api very happy filled out the digitalpoint forms and then: invalid message help!
I had been having trouble with this too... and now I thought I had found it but Digital Point says my key is invalid. Is it the Google AJAX Search API Key that I need to include in my account or a different one? Thanks!
this is decade old thread...but i find this suitable and came up in google. is there any way, i can get the google search API key now ? sorry to digg out the very old thread...:-(
Ok, i have managed to dig out an old email from 29th of April 2006 with my API key. How can i test to see if it still works?
If the old API dont work anymore, so what do we do when prompted for API key?? like on keyword tracker
Thanks. But what do you key in under this section: URL To Advanced Usage Script My host is Hostgator. The site i want to check is fatstripping dot com
Nowadays the Google SOAP API service ended. So there's no keys anymore and even if you have one, there's no way to use it because the service is down. I found a solution that uses a pseudo Google search API using a XML parser and PHP. It's in a blog under the title Google SOAP API key end, XML PHP solution
