I have visited your site and your page rank and alexa ranking is good but your onsite has some problems.The problems are below:
1.Meta title is missing which is most important for a site.
2.Meta description is missing , which will not bring good result for your traffic.
3.You have selected too many meta keywords and it will be better if you reduce your meta keywords.
4.There are problems with heading in few pages.
These are the problem and when you will fi all these problems and after that if you do some off page seo than you will definitely get more traffic on your site better than now.

I have checked the link now and it's working.This site language is in Malay and PR is 4.

 

You need to first select some targeted keywords that brings traffic to your website and than optimized your site using those keywords in web content, meta tags and in off page promotion. Proper On page SEO and than link building is necessary to bring traffic to any website.

 

You can use SEO, SEO-on page or SEO-of page it is intended to get more web traffic ..
