Wow, Dan! Not only are the articles in your list fantastic resources -- but we can leave comments! I didn't even realize that at first, but then I noticed the comment boxes and bingo! Thank you soooo much. Elisabeth
I came across a method of getting backlinks from .edu sites. Seems like most universities offer their students their own personal web sites with an .edu extension. The method was simple. Pay/bribe some students to post links to your websites. I haven't tried this myself but it seems like it would work. What do you guys think about it? Do you think it would help?
Hi Dan Schulz, Thank you for your response Dan. I agree that nobody wishes to create more spam but I was thinking more from a link/PR building point of view. How about offering the student a small article to post? It could be relevant to something that college age students are interested in? Maybe acne treatments, green technology, getting your ex back, etc. Do you think that the .edu backlinks would contribute favorably to one's web site PR? I use Market Samurai for some keyword analysis and it seems to place some value on it even if it's only a few links. What do you think? Thanks again for your post.
I have used LinkVana before and it was very good, the links helped me to get over 100 visitors a day in a pretty short time. The disadvantage though is that you have to have 100 words of unique content for each link that you get. You can outsource this of course but it makes things more expensive.
true. 1 link per domian is what you are after. This is why people make the mistake of thinking forum posting is a bad way to get links when they are just doing it wrong. You need to post in as many differnet forums as possible not make as many posts as you can in 1 or 2 forums!
Add you link in your signature at DP. This will give you lots of backlinks if you have good number of posts. You can also purchase signature links.
you are exactly heared the bitter truth. So next time always think before getting back links from good pr sites. You should also have the good pr websites for the link exchange
Well, let's say you do all things you mentioned above. What do you do when you see that you not seeing all links you supposed to see after making thousands of posts or articles submission? pretty annoying yea?
Thanks a lot Dan. I was browsing a lot digital point in search of information about SEO. I have never stopped by the first post in the top of the page. Why? I don't know. your post is the most profitable so far. Thanks again!
Once again Dan; you have outdone yourself - some excellent resources you have mentioned there; are you going to keep adding some resources?
