you can try to hire someone here on DP in the services category or you can try PLR articles and have them rewritten by me for free! if you want to try to write them yourself, i offer editing services, too.
You can have them outsourced overseas. Check out sites like elance.com. Will probably cost your a little over $10 per article, for quality stuff if you don't write it yourself. Remember you kind of get what you pay for. Anything "spun" or anything that others have access to has a decent chance of running into duplicate content issues and therefore is not likely to be very valuable in the eyes of the search engines. Original content is really the highest level of article life form.
If your no good at writing then pay somebody to do them, dont forget articles must be unique to submit them to ezineartices or they will be rejected
if you want something to post to ezinearticles, it can't be PLR, it has to be new and unique. Either outsource the creation of it, or use one of the 'article creation wizards' available to knock one up in 30 seconds yourself. ContentBoss itself has such a wizard, with the added benefit of when you have finished selecting the paragraphs that make up your new article, you can 'wrangle' it to make it more different, which improves your chances of getting it accepted by any article directory.
You can use PLR articles but you have to rewite or edit them to be published on ezinearticles! I use PLR books and cut it down to an article or two, so you´ll have some nearly unique content to post! If you where looking for some good PLR sources, just send me a PM!
