For some reason it seems that my GMail spam folder deletes emails/convos in my Spam box after one month. Is there a setting that I could change that I have just missed that sets a specific amount of time? (Or never?) Unfortunately alot of my client email ends up in Spam and I can't stand to lose it.
Checking your mailbox daily will elinate the problem. Even weekly would do. If I was a client of anybody/anything, I'd dump you if you couldn't anwser in a timely fashion.
I am doing email atleast 10 times throughout the day. I answer all clients immediately, I just need to know how to either A. stop my spam from deleting or B. auto archive my spam box
If that mail is not SPAM and from your client you can after read mark that mail as not SPAM and it will move to inbox from SPAM and will never be deleted. I hope you read the mail within a month
click on the button that says this is not spam and emails from that client will never go to the spam box again
Have you looked into why this is? What business are they in? How many clients do you have, and have you added then to your contacts list? Personally I have found gmail to be one of the most efficient spam filters and very very rarely does it misdirect any of my messages. You need to be more proactive and check the spam folder more frequently. Unless you have huge amounts of spam, it should take only a few seconds to check this each day.
Haha, strange request. What you can do is move all spam email to inbox, otherwise gmail will delete them
I just read this article about how gmail is easier to spam. Interesting read: http://www.brighthub.com/Internet/Security-Privacy/articles/2155.aspx
