    You can't do that way directly. Some payment processing companies are there paypal to moneybookers transfers. They will take ur paypal funds and fund ur moneybooker account for that reason they will deduct some amount

    you can't do that.

    withdraw from moneybookers to your bank account , then add fund to your paypal account from your bank account.

    you can do it safely by withdrawing then depositing.

    the other option is using an exchanger.

    You cant do this.Withdraw money to your bank account from Paypal.Add Credit Card to your moneybookers account and fund your Moneybookers account from Credit Card. :)

    I have seen a few online payment processors , when you send fund to them from paypal , they send it to your money bookers , but dont trust on individuals , try with them i have moved funds.

    there is no payment processor that makes exchanges like that!

    you may refer to online exchanging sites that get a % cut from your funds to transfer it to your other payment processor.
