offer premium content that specifically related to your niche. only you know what will work best. something you write / make / etc will likely be more worthwhile than something you can already find out there free. write a mini-ebook or something. I recently added free downloads on my forums that are related to my niche. registrations went up about tenfold. (unfortunately posts didn't go up quite that much, but that's another story ~)
