    you need a server first, with a fresh installation of centos or redhat, and then you will have to mail them, and they will install cpanel and setup a trial license on it.

    What am i suppose to do after 45days.Can i change the ip and reinstall cpanel trial version..Or i need a fresh installation of centos again?

    an installation wont work for more than 45 days. so you need to change your ips and reinstall centos again

    could not find 45 day trial version at cpanel store there is only 15 days licence

    Install cPanel directly on a VPS and it will automatically lease a 45-day trial license, provided that there are no history of trial licenses for that IP. For these type trial licenses, you cannot changed license IP.

    you should have to take the VPS, and then install the cpanel and have trial for 30 days, you should get the information about the cpanel and relevant technical parameter.
