    you can add your forum link in your signature in other forums, you can find relative forums and exchange links with them.
    You can give premium memberships for free for a time span to attract more people to your forum.. besides, there are other great ways to get free traffic, just search them here on dp and google.

    Add your link in forum signature and make good threads and posts on the forum .Try to make posts which people will like So that they will like to know more about you and the blogs you own.Hope you get what I am trying to say.
