Start a blog and keep the content flowing on it and try to get ranked for some keywords. I would start a blog writing about some of the videos on you website, maybe write about one per day or more if you have time. A blog is always a good way to gather traffic from search engines as you get ranked higher for keywords, and then send the traffic to whatever websites you want to by links and banners on your blog.
if videos on your site are really unique, you may also try publishing a small snapshot/trailer of some of those vidoes on youtube, metacafe, etc. and advertise on the video to refer to your website to view the full version ....

Watermark your videos, submit them to popular video marketing sites like youtube among others (perhaps 3 videos per day), and place highly searched keywords with the least competition in your niche as tags for your videos. Then, create a site article, a blog post, a forum post and an article for article marketing purposes each about the top 3 most searched keywords with the least competition in your niche per day ---> of course, you should place the same keywords on your content as links to your videos. Next, find a list of the 10 highest PR dofollow sites/blogs/forum relevant to your niche, create an account there, create a profile, drop keyword backlinks on the profile page of each site/blog/forum, and contribute at least 300 words collectively worth of valuable/helpful content on each of those sites/blogs/forum (study each site/blog/forum and see if it would be relevant and thereby best to place keyword backlinks to your site or to your videos on the content you contribute or your sig --- you'll know if it's the most relevant or the best time to place those keyword backlinks when site/blog/forum viewers need to look at your site articles, blog posts, other forum posts, article submits, videos and/or video submits to understand and thereby gain more information about the helpful/valuable content you've contributed, thus adding value to your contributions). As I've seen on your website. There have been many viewers. But if you want to get more traffic then start a blog stating your wonderful videos. And put some interesting topic on your blog also put your website video onto your blog.
