Spread the word...add a lot of friends then ask them kindly to be a fan... i usually send them links of a fan page through fb chat and ask them to be a fan..it's a lot a work but it works for me. hope that helps ^_^

 

I'm doing the old school route where I'm actually being interactive on my Facebook profile. Rather than just bombarding random people with friend requests, I actually find people who will become regulars on my website.

 

If you have interesting and new things that people will love than you go for more fans otherwise waste of your time. I run some blogs about various niches and always puts valuable content there and added them to my facebook networking blogs. People are loving to see them daily. All my blogs has facebook fan link and i also put them into my squidoo lens and hubpages that is working great.
