    your question is bit confusing for me :(. do you want to remove likes (users who liked your page) which are not from your targeted location ??? if yes, follow the below steps...

    Open your page
    go to edit page, click on see banned users
    click on the drop down menu
    select "people who like this"
    Click on "x" to remove them from your page

    I want to know that if I am getting likes from those countries from where i don't want likes for my Facebook page, then how can i unlike those likes?
