i found out that some blogs (using SEO software tools ) in them they have dozens (105links) of backlinks from other high ranking blogs, pls tell me how they did that?!!! - -the picture below shows one site which has dozens of backlinks from: bblinks.blogspot.com (even if it's not high rank) [img=http://img235.imagevenue.com/loc343/th_329621801_seo_122_343lo.jpg]

Having one website 'talk' about you 100 times is never as powerful as 100 people talking about you once. The same applies with SEO. You should have a natural diverse looking backlink portfolio and that link is most likely a footer or sidebar link which Google somewhat discredits these days.
however the links will need to be do follow, there is software out there which will allow you to search multiple sites to source do follow blogs.
