    that sounds like a plan, but I wouldn't risk re-direction if google spots traffic coming from a banned site then it'll be obvious to what you are up to. They don't miss a trick

    Today, I received more message from Google: since the porn content were deleted, it is not about porn content. The problem is that they found some bad link building.

    What should I do about bad link building? Should I try to delete bad link building, and let Google know it?

    I dont think they would mind redirection from a banned account, as long as the traffic is coming to a domain in good standing.
    Of late they are becoming too much of a pain to reinstate sites, it is far better to start afresh I think
