Your question is nice. You can get one nice backlink from homepage of commenting blog, if you come to top commentator list. So search for blog that installed top commentator plug in. I have mentioned some dofollow blog on my blog and some of those blog have installed top commentator plug in. You can also get backlink from my PR3 blog, if you regularly comment on my blog.
find Do follow Blogs and go to relevant category and write down some use full comment on there post, and give anchor text as name and put mail id and url also there!!! thanks!!!
Yes as said above you need to find do follow blog and need to make good comment please note no spam comment so moderator will delete your comment you can smartly use your keywords in the section of name field

What you need is to find dofollow blogs to comment on, using stuff like LBB Link Building blueprint, Comment Kahuna or Dofollow diver. Then comment on those blogs. To find if a blog you are visiting is dofollow or nofollow use appropriate firefox plugin/extension/addon.
