    You need to be a established member on the forums like digitalpoint. Only then you can get links.

    Well you can't get dofollow backlink from digitalpoint as it provides nofollow only. But there are other forums that provide do follow back links. You can search in Google and you will find list of do-follow forums. You can get back links through forum post, signature, and from profile.

    You can get drive visitors to your site but can not get link juice from digitalpoint site. because it provides nofollow links.
    Also be active on forums to get backlinks.
