    Honestly I mean well. I was genuinely intrigued to find out what the OP's definition of it was and help him.

    I was just going to say What, no digital marketing lessons from the digital marketing school? But I accidentally typed what I never wanted to type instead. ;)

    You know how it goes.. You put a few monkeys in a room with a type writer and eventually one of them ends up writing Shakespear's novel.

    How do you digitalize your business anyway? What is the meaning of this question? Do they mean how do you brand your business online? Should OP probably have asked the question differently and left us more of a clue as to what it was they actually meant by their question? Was my direct question too much for the OP to answer in a mild and professional manner? Will they be back to answer and let us all into the secret of digitizing your business and even WHY we might want to do that anyway? Probably, probably not.
