How to get Country/Region Specific Traffic to your site?

    i am out of USA and my blog is hosted in USA.i want USA Traffic on my blog.So can some one tell me how i can get traffic country/region specific traffic.
    I really need to know this. Please help me.

    1) Claim your Google Local listing.
    2) Set up a blog (on your site; domain(dot)com/blog) and start blogging on your area.
    3) Add Facebook, twitter, foursquare into your daily/weekly activities.
    4) Set up a FB fan page for your blog/site/business.
