You need to promote the website much like you need to do with any new website. Do you have a budget to spend on PPC campaigns? Or, perhaps you could do some PR work (press releases and story pitches?) There are many ways to drive potential advertisers to your website, but you need to focus on what you have money for or the time to work on.
