Hi All, Can any one explain me that How to get build up with .EDU and .GOV Backlinks or Create EDU & GOV Backlinks....
Don't waste your time in spending such useless things.... In that time try to build some links from sites which is really related to your keyword
Hum, Jimmybrion it sounds as though you have no experiecne with edu backlinks! As we use .edu backlinks to push "stuck" pages onto page 1 of Google so they DO WORK, but finding them is difficult, unless you know how to do it properly.
I agree with you because instead of wasting all that time looking for .edu/.gov backlinks (And the question is if you will EVER find it.) you could have found a good number of backlinks with your anchor text related to your website within that time frame. You should read more in the Link Building section on DP for more information.
You can't register .edu domains by law unless you are a school. The only way you could make it look like a registered .edu domain is if you register a sub domain such as *.edu.xx* or *.edu.xxx* and google doesn't consider that as an actually .edu domain name. I'd stick to general seo, if you can't figure out the basic steps for seo.. you should visit the services section under buy/sell/trade and hire an seo expert to complete the job.
Present them! I have one site:.edu inurl:blog “post a comment†-â€comments closed†-â€you must be logged in†"keyword"
The ONLY reason edu.xx will have less weight than .edu, is because most American .edu sites have been around for a long time, and have high PR and high authority. However, I find that it is MUCH easier to gain PR with a .edu.xx than other TLD's. Within 3 months with just a handful of spammy links, I got a PR2 on an ed.uxx domain. Also, I have people constantly using the contact forms on my edu.xx looking to do a link exchange because they want the edu link. I put their link up on the edu, and have them link to one of my money sites. Using this strategy has boosted the heck out of my serps on several sites.
I found a list of ten unmoderated .edu forums on the warrior forum. All spammed to death, useless. After that, I had a problem with Firefox, where it said connecting to myprofile.ignorelist.com, and it was really slow. If you want a .edu link, you have to ring up the person who runs it, on the phone, and arrange to add a quality article on their site, that has a link to your site. Any .edu site that allows spam comments is crap, and may be damaging to your rankings, no matter what used to work in the past.
Seems like it is a difficult task to gain backlinks from .edu or even .gov sites. So, it is better to carry on with general idea of bookmarking to save time and gain results. ( it is just a thought of mine. )
Like all the experts above said, it may not be worth to spend time by building links in .edu and .gov sites, I tried hard for the same and ended wasting my time. Try alternatives and fulfill the objective, ways are plenty. Good Luck.
you can use google operator's in google's search to find such domains. just use the right combination of operators and you'll probably find a few. shouldn't take that long, so you should have enough time to build backlinks that are relevant.
