how to get Blog Plugins Powered by links?

    I Found some websites have boguht Blog Plugins "Powered by" links and "created by" link, like this one "Analytics Plugin created by Cheap Web Hosting - Powered by Benchmade Knives and spa gift baskets." at this blog: www.totssombarca.com

    Could somebody tell me where i can buy this links? Thanks.

    I would assume that the creator of the plugin sold the links there. So if people use the plugin then sponsor links will show up.
