How to Get Banned By Adsense Without doing anythings ! (Not me)

The Google ads is in Javascript , And Anyone can see your code.
Imagine that someone hate you and put your ads on his/her site and
start CLICK it everyday , more days more clicks ,
and says please click my ads , etc.
or do somethings that violate the tos

Then Adsense can ban you easily. How google verify that's what is your site , They don't know until you got kicked , And to reinstate you should have a good writting skill about "I don't know , I'm not a clicker , I never do it". If Google believe you , You'll get in

I'm just think the possibilities , not the real things
If you're good publisher for a long time , adsense will not banned you
But If you just signed up , maybe.

Did google has the way to verify in this case ? What will you do if you're google
I think it is the interesting topics. Thanks

I would believe that unless that person is also logging into your Adsense account, Google would be able to see that you are not at fault. I think Google knows if you click your own ads based on the IP/location that logs into your account compared to the IP/location of the clickers.

I guess that does happen. If they check whois information before they ban a domain I don't know, but if they don't they should.

I have heard if you use any of their copyrighted names (google, adsense, etc) as a part of your website name or sub-domain name you can get banned.

    That may be true.

Somebody said in another thread of this forum that Adsense.com had tried signing up to their program, but they wouldn't accept them as they where using adsense.com.

ummm ... your adsense stats would show traffic from any particular domain, soooo I would guess that you would let google know once you found a site that isn't yours in your stats ... no big deal!

It's possible of course. Only thing you can do is let them (Google) know as soon as possible. Don't think that such things can slip without a notice. One person I know had a similar experience - one day he found he had more clicks than page impressions (yeah, sounds funny). He didn't mail Google because he was too afraid they would just ban his account if he'd let them know. And what do you know, in the beginning of the next month he was booted. Seriously, that's a weak spot of adsense, but not much can be done about it.

Am I missing something here. I wouldn't think that it would show the traffic from the site that is displaying your ads unless you make a channel for it and if you don't know which site is showing them then you can't really make a channel for it.

lol thanks I forgot about location
Notes : Someone give me neg rep about "stop spreading these stupid paranoid ideas, dumbass"

Personally , Paranoid is better than do and think nothing , Why you can ensure no one hate you and do something to your adsense ?

What about if you don't use channels for all of your web pages. Some of the Adsense users most probably don't.
