    you should use any back link checker tool for it and and you should buy some link from quality sites

    If you are looking for increasing google PR using backlinks, just getting backlinks would not work for you. I have a few websites which would not increase PR even if they have more than 5k+ backlinks. I guess there is much more than just getting backlinks for increasing the PR. Anyway, for increasing the backlinks, you can start with having your websites in your forum signatures everywhere, start link exchange, and if you are ready to spend some few bucks, you can buy them other blogs, websites, forum signatures etc.

    Google never shows as many as yahoo. And the ones google does show can change.
    I suggest adding many more quality backlinks from a service like http://www.autobacklinkservice.com

    Google doesn't show all your backlinks, you can see more of your backlinks in Google Webmaster Tools, the quality of the backlink depends on the quality of the site, if the site is indexed regularly you could see your backlink within a day, or it might be weeks
