How to get backlinks from RSS feeds submission

Here is a nice tip :

mix your site feeds, article feeds, web2.0 feeds, profile feeds to one giant rss feed and submit it to top 20 rss feeds directories.

don't limit yourself only to your website rss feed, link juice for the locations that gives you a link is also good and cost you nothing extra, still free

RSSBot is pretty good. It's not free but a few times per year the guy who built the software, Big Mike, runs a selection of coupon codes that knock the price down to $7 - well worth it my humble opinion.
