How to get backlinks for a cricket blog?

    I recently started a cricket blog - http://cricnews.net

    I am keen on developing it further and taking it to the next level.

    But the point is I have not built anything related to sports before and have no clue as to how to go about it and building the foundation.

    I need your help guys

    I would make some forum posts in cricket forums, submitting to directories, PPC, etc. Id help you more, but your site is down.
