How to get back in Adwords after being banned?

I did a few chargebacks to my Adwords accounts in the past and now I am permanently banned. I've tried setting up new accounts using different cc information, billing address and different names. But I always get either an "invalid account #" message, or my new account simply will not run at all.

A few posters in another thread advised to change IP addresses. What I want to know is exactly how Google banned me... by blacklisting the IP address where I logged in from, or by my name, cc #, billing address, or all of the above? Any hope that I can get back in?

I'm guessing they won't let you back in since you basically got free clicks by making chargebacks. There's always other networks to try.:)

Anyone else knows if creating the new account from a different computer will help? Or have they already blocked me from my billing information/name level?

At the minimum, your name, IP, and billing info are on a deadbeat list. Perhaps you have a friend who can open an account which you can manage?
