    Adsense will approve or disapprove your application. Just make sure your site(s) adhere the TOS and apply. Go to www.adsense.com to fill the application.

    the only people can approve your adsense is the adsense team, submit your site to adsense

    Just make sure you go with Google's TOS and you'll be easily accepted. It's really not that hard.
