how to get approved with azoogle?

they have asked me this questions in ms-word doc i did not know what to answer as i don't have any knowledge about this.

o What has been your most successful campaign?
o Please email us a screenshot of a sample landing page that you have used

 

Jeez, I didn't have to go through all that when I applied.

 

Then, quite honestly, you probably shouldn't work with Azoogle. The reason they ask these questions is to weed out the people who don't have experience or knowledge in the internet marketing field...

 

I had reply the email, but did i advise to post them tax form info. before they approve me? Still not get any reply or call from them yet.

 

after faxing tax documents they have sent me MS-Doc in which there were questions about promoting methods.We have to answer and send it to them.They have asked some questions about ppc marketing .I did not answer instead i answered that i will do ppc marketing in future.I said so because i did not have knowledge about the below things.So they said when i do ppc marketing message them.they will look in to my application.so what i have to answer to the below questions

Why don't you call them ... they reply instantly and yes you need to send them a hard copy of the tax form .. using the physical address u signed up with
