    i get my account from there , but it's only can process application from pakistan, us, india, canada and europe ...

    buying/ selling adsense accounts is illegal as its against google policy
    if you have already bought then get ready to get banned

    Your site should be minimum 6 months age, and should have unique content and regular posting is also one of the important thing.

    Simple...you have to wait until you have 6 months worth of the content. Then reapply - not before that. Work on your blog, write some good articles and content (don't copy other stuff), get some visitors and traffic flowing to your blog, otherwise even at 6 months you won't likely get approval.
