For the telephone, you can use SkypeIn, register an US number and transfer all calls to your phone at home. It would cost less than 50 bucks a year I think

We all need to wait till YPN goes worldwide... maybe our children would be able to use it.... HOPEFULLY... or else they will be still in BETA thn even....
