How to get an adsense account?

    I have applied many times,but never approved.
    So give me a good way to get an adsense account?
    I would like to buy an adsense account by $20.

    go to www.xanga.com and create a blog, then submit the URL to adsense and you should be good to go. You might want to put some content before you do it. Thats what i did and got approved.
