How to get alert everytime a new online reservation is made?

    you should look into your code where a reservation is stored then add a line sending an email

    What sort of alert do you want? SMS, bell ringing on your PC, fax?

    Most of these would normally be done via your web server rather than db server

    At a high level you would write a small application to run on your home PC that listens to a set port for a certain message being received and then on the webserver add code to your script that handles the conformation of an order to said the message to your PC's IP on the selected port number.
