How to get advertisers on my PTC site..??

    Hey people!

I have recently started my own PTC site HOWEVER!
    How do I get advertisers??

I mean, if you don't have ads, users won't join!
And if you don't have users, you won't get ads!

So how did sites like Neobux and so on, get advertisers to use their site?

Thanks for any tips you can give me.

Use your own sites at first and then find advertisers through forums.

At the first stage, you need to spent money first.
For example, you let advertiser have their ads for free for some month.
If they find that your site is good, then they will continue to pay for to have their ads at your PTC site.

Its a long term planning. In begining you need to use your own site pages or some friend pages to advertise for free or you can email advertisors to ask them that you want to run their advertisment for free. After few month when you will be able to built trust, you will automatically receive requests.
Secondly if you are loyal to your membres they will also promote your site to advertisors for commission

Advertisers will come as soon as your site grows big. So think about promoting your site, getting more registered users and the rest will follow through.

    Advertisers actually buy PTC traffic?

I mean PTC traffic must be the second worst converting type of traffic, one step above bot traffic. Plus, it comes from people who value their time at 1$/hour so even if your site is selling a decent product and has a great landing page, chances are the visitor is a 12 year old kid who can't afford to buy it even if he wanted to.

Personally I've been getting free PTC traffic on my sites without requesting it, so my guess is these PTC sites just make up advertisers to give users the impression that the PTC site has legit sources of income and isn't just a pyramid scheme that will collapse as soon as the first user requests payment.

Running a PTC site is a sh!ty business to be in. Worst business model ever!

First off, I hope you have a minimum of $250 sitting in your account before you even begin to accept members.

Second, you not going to find advertisers at first. You will have to join other PTC sites as a member and promote them on your PTC site. Pray that members join the PTC sites you are promoting and pray that you get paid from those PTC sites.

Third, Your only advertisers are going to be other PTC owners (which most of them want to do a banner exchange with you) and your own members. (which will be your number 1 advertisers. Still not enough to maintain your business) You will rarely get advertisers from forums unless they trying to boost their traffic stats for whatever reason.

All in all, you will end up doing 1 of 4 things.
    1. Pay all the members that requested payout and close the site.
    2. Turn the site into a ads only PTC site. (No money payouts)
    3. Open a new PTC site (So call "sister" site)
    4. Run with the money you made and don't pay members. (which will make you a scammer)

How do I know these things? I ran a PTC site before and its not fun. Because I am a stand up and didn't want to scam anyone. So I picked option 1!

    Good luck with your business

I would recommend promoting your service in forums such as this, getting top ranking keywords for your site and generating a large amount of backlinks to the point that you overtake most of your competition :) Good luck!

As long as you don't join any pay per click programs that's on affiliateseeking and then pay someone to click on the ads. Not one program offers that kind of thing that's listed on AffiliateSeeking. If this is done, then you are just breaking the programs TOS and will get banned in the end without payout and may even get into so bother with the law as it only helps to damage the pay per click industry.

john269 to clear things up for you. PTC (Paid To Click) sites do not have members go to people sites and click ads. How it works is this...

webmaster pays PTC owner for visits. member signs up to PTC site and gets a list of sites to visit. They click the link to go to the site and must stay for a given amount of time (5 to 40 secs.) and get paid from $0.0001 - $0.05 for each site. Average is $0.01 for 30 secs on each site.

I hope that helped you understand what a PTC site is.

Well for starters, never start a business of a large website if you don't have a business plan to avoid situations like this.

#4 is what works for PTC. Most of the owners close shop and walk away with money belonging to click crazy losers.

Check out my blog to get an better idea about PTC. At the same time you must remember that with a PTC, you can make money in the long run, provided you are disciplined & dedicated to it. If you invest a little time daily and even some funds upfront, you will get off to a better start.

I never made any money online until I joined a PTC. Eventually I learned all about building blogs, websites, SEO to promote ptc refereral link. This has turned out to be a fantastic learning experience and I am already beginning to make decent money online.

The insights I gained from promoting myself is helping me now to make money with Adsense & affiliate marketing.
So, get started with whatever you are comfortable with and remember to take action daily, you will soon begin to see results.
