How to get advertiser?

    You Should pick your desired keyword and then do PPC according to that keyword....

    A simple answer. Get members. Advertisers will come themselves. Your site has just started and you need to do lot of advertising to get some thousand members. Then you can expect some advertisers.

    Just like rehan4pk said above, you will have to invest a lot of money at this very early stage of your ad network. You will have to pay your members just to promote your own ad network.

    You can work with tier 2 ad networks till you don't have direct advertisers...

    Get their XML feed and implement...

    Actually as your site is recently opened you must get some members to get some advertiser. You can use some other ppc sites and post some free ads on your site. 10 or 20 will do, if you can't afford the loss you have to post low rate advertise.
